Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety. Over 4 weekly meetings, participants will learn specific skills that help calm and focus the mind, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scan, and more. Attendance is required at all 4 meetings.

Deadline to register 2/23 for workshop series starting Tuesdays March 2-30, 3-4:30pm
Deadline to register 4/1 for workshop series starting Thursdays April 8-29, 2-3:30pm
